Our liqueur crafted using local Scottish berries will transport you to the rolling strawberry fields of Perthshire at the height of summer.
On the nose: a strawberry meringue with vanilla ice cream and a strawberry sauce.
The taste: a wild strawberry. The tartness complemented perfectly by the depth of earthy cocoa nib transporting you to the wilderness of the Scottish strawberry fields in June.
The finish: dark chocolate lingers with just a touch of floral sweetness.

Cocktail suggestions:
The Whisky Smash – Unleash the wild! Muddle a handful of mint leaves and 2 or 3 strawberries in a cocktail shaker. Add the juice from 1/2 a lemon, 25ml of strawberry and cacao nib liqueur and 35ml of your favourite whisky. Shake with ice. Serve in a sugar-rimmed tumbler with one large ice cube and garnish with a mint leaf.
The Strawberry Mojito – The calm of the wild. Mix 25ml of strawberry and cacao nib liqueur, 35ml white rum and the juice from 1/2 a lime in a tall glass. Add 125ml of soda water and top up with ice.
