Ingredients
- 50ml Pomology Ginger & Rose Petal Liqueur
- 25ml Bourbon
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
Steps
- Stir the Pomology Ginger & Rose Petal Liqueur with the Bourbon in a tumbler with a single large ice cube. A sweet bourbon complements the liqueur best (Jim Beam works just fine). Experiment with different whiskies or bitters to find your own perfect combination.
- Add a dash of butters.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.
