Ingredients
- 35ml Pomology Strawberry & Cacao Nib Liqueur
- 25ml white rum
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 125ml soda water
Steps
- Half fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
- Mix in the Pomology Strawberry & Cacao Nib Liqueur, white rum, and lime juice.
- Top up with 125ml of soda water.
- Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
