The inspiration for our collection of luxury liqueurs was the gorgeous fresh local produce.
We want to share with you a new way of being transported into the wilds of Scotland.
How we make our spirits
We select our indulgent ingredients
We bathe them in our spirit
Once our botanics have imparted all their wildness onto our spirit We remove them and allow the liqueur to rest.
We then bottle our wild and send it to you to enjoy.
Cocktails
Strawberry cocoa Nib Mojito
9-10 Strawberries, 2 Limes, chopped, 2 tbsp Sugar, 2 Mint leaves picked, ice, 250ml rum, 100ml Strawberry & cocoa nib liqueur, 600ml sparkling water
Mix ingredients and serve into a glass. Perfect cocktail to refresh you on a hot summer’s day!
