Orange Ganache

A milk chocolate shell shatters releasing an orange zest to envelop your tastebuds. The orange zest combined with our local cream reminded us of a walk in the wild woods of Perthshire on a crisp autumnal morning.

Ginger Ganache

The warm spicy notes of the ginger ganache remined us of the heat from the warm (but rare) Scottish summer. But just like the heat of Scottish summer our chocolates are gone very quickly.

Raspberry Ganache

Our local raspberries come from The Strawberry Farm just across the river. Bite through the earthy dark chocolate shell and be transported to the end of summer in Scotland surrounded by berry fields. The tart explosion of the creamy raspberry filling completes this adventure.

Salted Caramel

With one bite you will be transported to the sea shores of the wild west coast of Scotland. It also beautifully balances the sweetness of our handcrafted caramel. Like enjoying an ice cream on a stroll along the beach.

Whisky Sour

The perfect balance of sweet and sour. Sweet American bourbon whiskey is perfectly balanced by the tingle of the sharp citrus of the lemon.

White Russian

A fresh whipped creamy coffee layer enshrouded by a delicate layer of white chocolate. This one takes Iona back to the coffees around the campfire to warm up after a quick dip in the cool wild waters of Scotland’s beautiful lochs.
