Ingredients

  • 35ml Pomology Strawberry & Cacao Nib Liqueur
  • 35ml Whisky (ideally Bourbon)
  • 5-6 Mint leaves
  • 3 Fresh Strawberries, chopped
  • 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Egg White

Steps

  1. Muddle 5 mint leaves with most of the strawberries in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the Pomology Strawberry & Cacao Nib Liqueur, your favourite whisky, and lemon juice, and egg white.
  3. Shake with ice.
  4. Serve in a sugar-rimmed tumbler with one large ice cube.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf and the remaining strawberries.
