Ingredients
- 35ml Pomology Strawberry & Cacao Nib Liqueur
- 35ml Whisky (ideally Bourbon)
- 5-6 Mint leaves
- 3 Fresh Strawberries, chopped
- 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- Egg White
Steps
- Muddle 5 mint leaves with most of the strawberries in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the Pomology Strawberry & Cacao Nib Liqueur, your favourite whisky, and lemon juice, and egg white.
- Shake with ice.
- Serve in a sugar-rimmed tumbler with one large ice cube.
- Garnish with a mint leaf and the remaining strawberries.
