Ingredients

  • 50ml Pomology Ginger & Rose Liqueur
  • 25ml Tequila Blanco
  • 25ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • Soda water
  • Lime wedge

Steps

  1. Shake the Pomology Ginger & Rose Liqueur, Tequila Blanco, and grapefruit juice in a tumbler with ice.
  2. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
  3. Top up with soda water.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
